We at HB Underground are not responsible for anything that may happen to your character, account, and any content you have put on this server or worked for on this server. We are not responsible for the loss of levels, items, data, characters, account, or any services you use on hbunderground. We are also not responsible if you lose any items that you have paid for. If someone figures out your password then we are not responsible for the loss of items, or anything that your characters, and account may have on them. If you are suspected of using hacks, cheats, abusing the server, pinging, attempting to hack the server, harassing players, spaming, advertising, or anything the gm's find deem unnecessary to do for other players to keep playing normally then your account may be suspended or deleted.

The terms are subject to change at anytime and you are still responsible for reading them and abiding by them, even though we may update them with out puting a public notice telling everyone the terms of agreement has been updated..
