Rules and Terms of Agreement

Pestering People -
Please do not pester GM's or other players. If a player asks you to leave him/her alone then please leave him/her alone. Pestering players could result in a temporary muting if your character. The consiquences of pestering a GM will result in the permanent mute of your character.

PKing and EKing
It is ok to PK and EK other players but please do not mouth off or say bad things about the person who kill you after. You also are not permitted to spread rumors about the person. It is ok to say you killed the character but do not say how they suck or anything of that sort. Not following these rules could result in your character being muted and being locked up in the wizard tower for days/weeks.

Harassment
Do not under any circumstances harass any other players. HB Underground's definition of Harassment is: "Continuously talking to or about a member after him/her has asked you to stop." If a GM witnesses any harassment he will mute you for a very long time or possibly forever.

Loss of Characters/Accounts/Items/Experience/Skill Percent
Although the chance of this is rare (unless caught breaking rules), loss of characers, accounts, items, experience, skills, or anything to do with the game is possible. If this happens we will not restore your loss because this is a free service and we give you the privlidge to play for free. If you are caught with an illegal item then we do reserve the right to take anything and everything away from you on this server.

Account Suspension and Deletion and removal from the HB Underground network.
We reserve the right to delete anything you have used on hb underground. Like we have said before, it is a privlidge to play on hbunderground and it is not a civil right for you to play. We also reserver the right to ban your ip or certain people for what ever reason. If you have donated and recieved an item we still reserve the right to take it away with out notice.

 

These rules may change ay any time with out notice and it is not our responsibility to tell you about updates. I the admin and the gm team of hbunderground hold the right to do what ever we want to your account/character/user on forums if we want. When you connect to the server you technically come on "my property" which allows me to do what ever i want. That includes account deletion, character deletion, item deletion, or removal.
